Service Terms And Garment Care Disclaimer
By booking our service, the customer acknowledges the garment-care risks set out below. These terms apply to all items submitted for cleaning, drying, folding, and related handling.
Shrinkage
Certain natural and blended fibers may shrink during standard laundering and drying processes despite reasonable care.
Colour Bleeding
Some garments may release dye or absorb colour from other textiles. While we take reasonable load-separation measures, colour transfer cannot be fully eliminated.
Delicate Fabrics
Silk, wool, lace, embellished garments, and other delicate items require explicit pre-disclosure and may carry elevated handling risk.
Missing Care Labels
Where care labels are missing, illegible, or incomplete, processing decisions are made using professional judgment and outcomes may differ from manufacturer recommendations.
Existing Damage
Pre-existing wear, weakened seams, fabric fatigue, loose trims, and latent defects may become apparent after laundering.
Customers must disclose special handling requirements before pickup. Where care instructions are absent, incomplete, or not provided in advance, outcomes are at the customer's risk to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The customer warrants that garments submitted are suitable for professional laundering unless otherwise disclosed in writing before pickup.
We are not liable for deterioration arising from normal wash-and-dry processing where items contain pre-existing weakness, hidden defects, unstable dyes, or prior damage.
In the absence of readable care labels, our team will apply reasonable professional judgment and does not warrant manufacturer-specific treatment outcomes.
Any limitation of liability operates only to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
